Lauren Arthur is running for a vacant seat in Missouri Senate District 17.
“First as a teacher and now as a Representative in the Missouri House, I’ve seen firsthand how special interests and the well-connected get their way while the rest of us get left behind. I’m running to be an independent voice that will always put the interests of Missourians first.” - Lauren
Now serving in the House, Lauren has worked tirelessly to promote the rights of all, sponsoring legislation aimed at promoting reproductive rights, closing the gender pay gap, and prohibiting discrimination based on sexual orientation or gender identity.
Lauren has also been active in MWLC, and we are so excited to now give her our enthusiastic support in this new race. We hope you will join us!
It takes big money to run. Please make a generous donation to the MWLC PAC to provide this important financial support to Lauren and other progressive women who are running for State office from areas outside Missouri's two major cities.
